Underneath you will find a collection of our corporation rules, our policies and how we do stuff in general. While we do aim to not be the thought police, we do need a common understanding for everyone to be able to lean back & enjoy the game.
Please keep in mind that we do try to not be "just a corp" and more of a group of friends, and the underneath is laid out with that in mind as to avoid unnecessary tension & issues. ❤️

→ To help me make good decisions, I have my trusted director team, and your trusted opinions - which will always be listened to and considered, even if a decision might not favor them.
→ If I > my director team tell you to do or to not do something, we expect you to do/dont do it - regardless if it might conflict with a rule or policy somewhere.

→ If there is anything at all, it is to go through me. If someone approaches you or confronts you about something, you are to follow our de-escalation procedure & report to me ASAP with the full story/any evidence.
✯ Defense is not optional.
→ If someone is tackled, drop your shit & form up!
✯ Participate & Contribute.
→ We are in an PVP first, PVE second alliance, and if Home Defense, StratOP or CTA fleets are called you are expected to join if on.
→ You are expected to log all your participation of pinged corp activities or alliance fleets through the usage of the Fleet/Activity tracker.
→ You're expected to make 30 kills/month, or to cover this through logi participation.
✯ No drama. At all.
→ If you have any issues with your fellow corporation members, our awesome alliance mates or our valued allies, regardless if any actual rules has been broken or you just otherwise had your feelings hurt - report it using the NETSO Report form. If you dont do this, then it hasnt happened, and we dont want to hear about it.
✯ Dont be a dick.
→ Always be nice, helpful & supportive. This is a game, and we should all treat it as such.
